For plumbers, dentists, barbers, detailers
Your review count should be going up every week.
A fresh coat for how you look on Google. Ask every customer, answer everyone who replies, and watch the line climb. 19 dollars a month, first 5 requests free.
How it runs
Three things happen. You do one of them.
- 01
Send the ask
Type a name and an email, or upload the whole customer list. We write the message and space the sends out so you stay out of spam folders.
- 02
Reviews land
Everyone gets the same Google link. Three days later we nudge once, then stop. Your count goes up.
- 03
You answer in a minute
A review comes in, we email you and draft the reply in your voice. Read it, copy it, paste it. Done between jobs.
The hard part, handled
You answer the 2 star review before lunch.
Pick a tone once. Every new review arrives with a reply already drafted in it.
“Booked a window between 1 and 3 and nobody showed until almost 5. The repair itself was fine once he got here, but I had to take the whole afternoon off work.”
The one every owner dreads. It sits there in public until you answer it, and the next customer reads your answer before they call you.
Thanks for the honest feedback, Marc. You are right, we missed our window by almost two hours, and an afternoon off work is not a small thing. That is on us. Glad the repair itself is holding up, but the wait is not how we want to treat anyone. Call us at (780) 555-0142 and we will make it right.
Drafted in your tone in a few seconds. You read it, change anything you like, and paste it in. Example shown.
Where we draw the line
We will not screen your unhappy customers out.
Some tools ask people how it went first, then send the Google link only to the ones who say something nice. Google bans it, regulators call it a fake review problem, and it can cost you the listing you spent years building.
Everyone you serve gets the same link. If a bad one comes in, we help you answer it fast and in your own words, which is what the next customer reads anyway.
We also cannot tell you which customer left which review. Google reviews are anonymous. Any tool claiming otherwise is guessing, so we show the total and let the number speak.
The board
One screen tells you if it is working.
Your count, your stars, and what still needs an answer. Checked in the truck between jobs.

Where we sit
Priced like the cheap tools. Built like the big ones.
| Typical of the category | Bargain tools | ReviewBrush | Big platforms |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly price | Around $10 | $19 | $75 to $300+ |
| Review requests | Often capped at 50 a month | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| AI drafted replies | Sometimes | Included | Included |
| Automatic follow-up | Often missing | Included | Included |
| Contract | Monthly | Monthly, cancel anytime | Often annual |
| Screens out unhappy customers | Some do | Never | Some do |
Category ranges as of August 2026, from public pricing pages. Screening unhappy customers away from Google breaks Google's review policies, which is why we never do it.

Straight answers
What owners ask us
Will you hide my bad reviews?
No. Some tools ask customers how it went first and only send happy ones to Google. Google bans that and regulators treat it as fake reviews. Everyone you serve gets the same link, and we help you answer the rough ones fast instead.
Do I have to give you my Google login?
No. We read the same public information anyone sees on Google Maps. No passwords, no account access, nothing to revoke later.
Can you post replies to Google for me?
Not yet. We draft the reply in your voice, you copy it and paste it into Google, which takes about 20 seconds. Posting directly needs an approval from Google that we are working on.
How many requests can I send?
As many as you like. We pace big imports to 200 a day with a couple of minutes between sends, because that is what keeps your emails in inboxes instead of spam folders.
Which customer left which review?
Nobody can tell you that. Google reviews are anonymous, and any tool that claims to match them to customers is guessing. We show your total going up, which is the number that matters.
What happens if I cancel?
Sending stops, reading does not. Your reviews, drafts, and history stay open to you. No contract, no exit call, two clicks.
