Google review reply generator
Paste the review, pick a tone, get a draft. Built for the hard ones: it thanks them, owns the problem, and takes it offline without arguing.
How to answer a bad review
- Answer fast. The reply is really for the next customer reading it, and an unanswered complaint reads as a true one.
- Thank them by name and name the specific problem. A template reply is worse than none.
- Own what went wrong in one sentence. No excuses, no arguing, no blaming the customer.
- Take it offline: give a phone number and an invitation to make it right.
- Keep it under 80 words. Long replies read as defensive.
One thing never to do: never admit legal fault in a public reply. Own the experience, not liability.
